Carrier Assigned : Our dispatch support team assigns your shipment to a carrier that matches your desired route and time frame. You will automatically receive an update of the projected pickup and delivery dates once pickup has been scheduled.
Vehicle Pick-Up : On the scheduled pickup date, the driver will make arrangements with the contact person at the pickup location prior to arriving. A thorough inspection of the vehicle will be completed and both the driver and the pickup contact person will sign to verify accuracy. The vehicle is loaded onto the carrier and begins heading to the delivery location.
Delivery : : Upon reaching the destination, the carrier will unload the vehicle and conduct a final inspection to ensure it arrived in the same condition as when it was picked up. The customer or their designated representative will then sign off on the delivery and retrieve their vehicle. At this time if any balance is due, it is paid directly to the driver.
